Very Cold Edge Dams

1600 hrs .Cold Edge Dams on a damp evening with an icy cold wind blowing across the moor.
Things were slow starting but picked up steady away until I,d collected a good selection of species although nothing out of the ordinary.
Just one Barnacle goose present, the one with the yellow leg tag, one of the others being at Fly Flatts and one disappeared. The little plantation held at least 3 Willow Warblers but all keeping low out of the wind. A female Stonechat was nice whilst 2 Collared Doves were unusual for this site.
Still no Hirundines.
