Ogden keeps on performing. p.m.

Raft of Teal as usual, way out dead centre of the water

Single Teal skulking in the shadows,
                                                             west bank.
                                    1 Pr Wigeon

                                                                      Teal

Pr Wigeon ,top. lower duck unidentified, no scope.
Looks a bit Tufted, Scaup, Ring Necked type with very light flanks
                                       drake Wigeon
                     Mallards

Ogden 1430-1530 hrs. WNW  >4,  some sun but silhouette light.

A morning visit by NK picked up Teal and Wigeon on the water, see NK blog, and by the time I arrived the water was heaving.
21 Teal were on the water inc 1 on the shore along with a pair of Wigeon all way out dead centre of the water along with 19 Canadas, 1 Little Grebe, 1 female Goldeneye and 83 Mallards which looked fresh in , these were apart from the resident corner feeding ducks.
A single large duck was out with the Wigeon which I failed to identify having no scope with me and due to the fact that it remained sleeping throughout with its head tucked in and just very light flanks showing?.
A single Jay was present whilst the Kingfisher and Dipper were down in the sluice gates.

On a bad note, I was told at Ogden that 3 cars had been broken into during this morning in the lower car park. Seems the dirty little scumbags are targeting Ogden now.
