Return of the Ogden Greenshanks.

What a find for NK today with 2 Greenshank at Ogden and me grounded from birding although they would have probably moved on by this evening possibly to Oxenhope where all the wader action is at the moment.
See Nigels blog for report and absolutely stonking photos of a mega rare bird for the area.
My last Ogden Greenshank sightings were 3 birds below the promenade in August 1990, 26 years ago and 1 briefly in August 2013.
Amazing stuff  Nigel, you,re under pressure now to equal or beat that.
